Viro Group (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what the contact form on this website collects, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, you provide:

  • Name (required)
  • Company (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Your message (required)
  • The nature of your inquiry (optional — hiring for a role, looking for a new role, or other)

We collect this only when you choose to submit the form. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use two service providers to run the website and deliver your message. They process your information only to provide their service to us:

  • Resend delivers your form submission to us by email. See Resend’s privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the form-handling function, and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Your message is delivered to us through our email provider and reaches our inbox there.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without tracking or fingerprinting individual visitors. That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for 12 months after your last contact with us, then delete them. Email delivered through Resend is subject to Resend’s own retention.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Send the request through our contact form and let us know you would like your information removed. We will confirm once it is done.

When you request deletion, we remove the message and details you submitted from our inbox. Copies held briefly by the service providers that delivered your message expire on their own retention schedules, which we do not control.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
